Direct API Integrations with ShipBob, Amazon FBA, Walmart, TikTok & More

Most merchants track 3PL performance by downloading CSV files every week. Log into your provider, export last week’s orders, upload to a spreadsheet, build some pivot tables, and hope you catch issues before customers complain.

It’s tedious. And by the time you spot a problem, it’s already impacted dozens of orders.

We Built Direct API Connections

We now have direct API integrations with major 3PLs. Your fulfillment data syncs automatically. No CSV exports, no manual uploads, no waiting until Friday to see how your 3PL performed this week.

Current integrations:

See the full list on our integrations page. We’re adding more providers every month. If your 3PL has a public API, send us a note at hello [at] 3plpulse.com and we’ll prioritize it.

What This Actually Means

Automatic sync. Connect once, your data updates every hour, every 4 hours, or daily depending on your plan. No more remembering to download reports.

Faster issue detection. When your 3PL misses an SLA, you know within hours, not days. That’s the difference between fixing one order and fixing fifty.

Cross-provider comparison. Running ShipBob on the East Coast and Flexport on the West? You can compare performance apples-to-apples. Same metrics, same timeframes, one dashboard.

Better accountability. When you can show your 3PL “you shipped 47% of orders late last week,” that’s a different conversation than “things feel slow lately.”

How It Works

  1. Connect your 3PL. Authorize 3PL Pulse to access your provider’s API. Takes about 60 seconds.
  2. Choose sync frequency. Hourly, 4-hour, or daily sync based on how closely you want to monitor.
  3. Set your SLAs. Define what “on-time” means for your business. Example: ship within 24 hours.
  4. Track automatically. Data syncs in the background. You get alerts when SLAs are breached.

Setup takes less than 5 minutes. After that, it’s hands-off.

CSV Still Works

Not every 3PL has a public API. If yours doesn’t, CSV upload still works exactly like before. Upload your weekly or monthly export, you’ll get the same performance tracking and SLA monitoring.

We’re working with smaller 3PLs to add direct integrations. In the meantime, CSV keeps working.
