Common questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every plan includes a 30-day free trial. You won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel anytime from your Shopify admin.
Is it a separate app I have to log into?
No. Pulse runs right inside your Shopify admin, the same interface you already work in. It reads the order and fulfillment data your store already has, so there's no separate portal or login to keep checking.
What's the difference between Monitor and Command?
Monitor works entirely from your Shopify order and fulfillment data: SLA auditing, provider scorecards, and alerts, no setup on your 3PL's side. Command adds a direct connection to your 3PL's own data, so you also get warehouse-level performance detail, ZIP-code routing insight, and deeper provider scorecards. Most single-3PL brands start on Monitor; multi-3PL operations tend to want Command.
Do I need to connect my 3PL's data?
Usually not. Most brands get everything they need from Monitor, which works entirely from your Shopify-side order and fulfillment data, with nothing to set up on your 3PL's side. Connecting your 3PL's own data (Command) adds warehouse-level detail and deeper provider scorecards, but it's an upgrade for multi-3PL or higher-volume operations, not a requirement to get value. Plenty of customers never need it.
Will it work with my 3PL?
For Monitor, any provider works, since it only needs the Shopify-side data your store already has. For Command's direct integration, support depends on the 3PL, we add connections as customers bring them, so tell us your stack and we'll confirm what's live today.
Do I have to check it every day?
No, the point is that it comes to you. Pulse surfaces the orders that need attention and pushes them out so you're not logging in to hunt for problems. Every plan includes alerts and a weekly digest; Command adds Slack and webhook alerts so issues land wherever your team already works.
Why not just use a free fulfillment dashboard?
A dashboard is the easy part. The hard part is trusting the number on it. Being right means getting cutoffs, business days, holidays, time-zone math, holds, and multi-provider reconciliation correct, every day. An approximate number is worse than none, because it gives you false confidence the morning a customer is already angry. That correctness is what you're paying for.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes. You connect the app from your Shopify admin and it starts reading your existing order data right away. No engineering, no data migration.
How does billing work?
Billing runs through Shopify, on the same invoice as the rest of your apps. Monthly, no per-order fees, cancel anytime.
