Your Weekly Performance Report

Set up the weekly email that summarizes your fulfillment performance and tells you what to check

3PL Pulse can email you a weekly report that summarizes how your fulfillment performed across every provider, so you don’t have to log in to check. It arrives on the day and time you choose, and it opens with a short summary of what deserves your attention that week.

What’s in the Report

The email starts with a plain-language summary of the week: a few sentences highlighting what changed and what’s worth a look. It points you at the one or two things that moved, so you know where to start.

Below the summary, the report breaks down the details:

SectionWhat it shows
Across all providersA weekly leaderboard of on-time performance: rank, on-time rate, change vs. last week, late orders, and orders measured for each provider
Worth your attentionPatterns in your late orders, grouped by where they’re concentrated (for example, a single warehouse running behind)
ReshipsYour reship rate for the week and whether it moved outside its normal range
Open operational issuesOrders still pending or unresolved that need someone to act
By locationPerformance broken out by fulfillment location, so one slow site doesn’t hide inside a healthy average

For what each metric means and how it’s calculated, see Understanding Your Dashboard Metrics.

The summary describes what changed, not why. It flags a warehouse that ran late or a rate that moved; it won’t guess at the cause. Use it to know where to look, then dig into the details below or in your dashboard.

Setting It Up

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications
  2. Find the Multi-provider performance card and click Set up (or Manage if you’ve set it up before)
  3. Turn the Weekly email toggle on
  4. Under Recipients, add at least one email address. There’s no default recipient, so the report won’t send until you add someone.
  5. Under When it sends, choose the day and time. The default is Monday at 8:00 AM, shown in your store’s timezone.
  6. Save your changes

To preview what recipients will get, use Send test to send the current report to everyone on the recipient list. It’s the same content they’ll receive in the scheduled send.

When It Sends

The report goes out weekly, on the day and time you set. Each report covers the most recently completed week and compares it to the week before, so you’re always seeing a full week’s performance, not a partial one.

You can change the schedule or recipients any time from Settings → Notifications, and review what’s already gone out under Past sends.

Not Getting the Report?

If the weekly email isn’t arriving, check these first:

  • At least one recipient is added. The report won’t send with an empty recipient list. Add an address under Settings → Notifications → Multi-provider performance → Recipients.
  • You have measured orders for the week. The report needs orders with a completed on-time or late outcome. If a week has no measured fulfillment activity for any provider, there’s nothing to report and the email is skipped. Make sure your Shopify orders and provider data are syncing.
  • The weekly email toggle is on. Confirm the card shows On rather than Paused or Not set up.
  • Check spam or filters. The email comes from 3PL Pulse with a subject line containing “Weekly digest.” Add us to your contacts if it’s being filtered.
